The FHPC Board of Elders (Session) met Tuesday evening and discussed the life of the church as we are coming to know it during the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus. Session’s number one priority is to keep our congregation safe while still providing meaningful worship and a strong church family connection.
In order to maintain the health of our congregants as best we can, the following decisions have been made:
- Lenten Vespers services have been suspended.
- Sunday worship services will be offered on-line only. We will not be meeting in the Sanctuary or Fellowship Center until further notice.
- The church office will be open during regular hours, however we ask that you only visit the office for critical needs. Alternatively, you may email Pastor Bill and/or Marta Ludwig or contact them by phone at (480) 837-1763. You may also use the “Contact Us” form on our website by clicking here.
- All other church facilities are closed until further notice.
- The final concert of the Pat Covault Concert Series, the “Southwest Surfers” has been cancelled.
Session will convene as necessary to re-evaluate the situation going forward. In addition, we are working to implement alternative means to keep our church informed and connected. You will be hearing more about this in the near future.
